• 2 limes, juice of
• 1/3 cup oil
• 1/4 cup Italian parsley, finely diced
• 1/4 cup peanut butter, smooth
• 1 small green chili pepper, seeds and stem removed
• 1/2 teaspoon salt, adjust to taste
