1 -2 ounce tonic water

directions

Pour Hendrick's Gin into highball glass over ice cubes and fill with tonic water; stir.
Garnish with Cucumber spear.

This is my husband's all time favourite drink. I can't believe I haven't reviewed it yet. He's worked so hard this holiday season, and a bottle of Hendrick's seemed a perfect Christmas Eve surprise to enjoy together after all the other family had gone to bed. Yum! Thanks Rita!!

Hendrick's Gin is sooooo different from "regular" gin--MUCH smoother. I have to admit I'm not real sure about the cucumber spear garnish. :-) But the G&T was utterly delicious and perfect for an unusually HOT couple of days in Seattle! Thanks ~Rita~ I am so glad someone exposed me to Hendrick's! I doubt I ever will buy any other gin.
